These Terms of Service govern your use of yunoware's products and services. By placing an order or using any product provided by yunoware, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
yunoware reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products & Eligibility
All products sold by yunoware are digital goods. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
- Products are for personal use only. Reselling or distributing access to any yunoware product without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for how you use our products. We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or penalties applied to your game accounts.
- Product availability is subject to change. We may pause, update, or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Payments & Orders
All orders are processed manually through our Discord server. Payment must be completed before any product is delivered.
- Accepted payment methods are communicated on a per-order basis via Discord.
- Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice.
- Subscription plans (weekly, monthly) do not auto-renew. You must repurchase when your subscription expires.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered.
- If a product is non-functional at the time of delivery due to an issue on our end, we will investigate and resolve it or offer a replacement.
- If a product becomes unavailable or detected during your active subscription period, we will extend your subscription or offer a partial credit at our discretion.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from all yunoware services.
5. Undetected Status
Products marked as "Undetected" are tested and confirmed working at the time of sale. This status reflects the current state of the software against known anti-cheat systems.
- We do not guarantee that a product will remain undetected indefinitely, as anti-cheat systems are updated frequently by game developers.
- In the event of a detection, we will work to patch the product as quickly as possible and communicate status through our Discord.
- yunoware is not liable for any game account bans resulting from the use of our products.
6. Account & License
License keys and account credentials delivered by yunoware are strictly personal and non-transferable.
- Sharing, selling, or distributing your license key or account access to any third party is prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
- We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if we suspect misuse or violation of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
yunoware provides all products and services "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, yunoware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any product or service is to stop using it.
